Most engagements run between four and twelve weeks, fixed-fee, with a clear handover at the end. Long enough to do the work properly, short enough to stay sharp.

We start by listening — to the leadership team, to the data, and to the people closest to growth. We map the funnel, the spend, the assumptions and the gaps. We name the real constraint, not the loudest one.
